Core Capabilities
Tetavis combines operator guidance and validation on a single platform.
Projection-Based AR
Projects instructions and warnings directly onto the work surface.
3D Sensor
Checks part presence and height information.
Vision Validation
Analyzes assembly accuracy in real time.
Traceability
Provides traceable production records and process visibility.
Projection-Based AR
Projection-based augmented reality has become a powerful tool for industrial applications by overlaying digital information such as text, images, and videos onto real-world physical objects or surfaces. This enables workers to receive digital work instructions, warnings, and other information in real time. Unlike other forms of AR, this technology is truly hands-free and does not require operators to wear or carry any additional device.
Vision Processing
Digital work instructions are essential for guiding operators to do the right work. However, while they define what needs to be done, they do not always guarantee that every step is carried out correctly. This is where vision systems play a critical role by validating each step of the process and ensuring consistent, error-free execution. It is not only about doing the right work, but about doing the work right.
3D Sensor
Using the time-of-flight principle, it measures the distance between the sensor and the nearest surface point point by point. This provides a height value for each pixel within the target image frame. Thanks to their ability to analyze depth and geometry, they are highly suitable for object tracking and workflow automation in advanced operator guidance systems.
Traceability
In which shift, at which station
Which subcomponent of which product
Was assembled by whom?
How long did the assembly of each subcomponent take?
How many incorrect operations were made?
Were defective products captured with images?
Operator Friendly
With real-time control, it eliminates workforce-related weaknesses such as operator fatigue and loss of concentration, removing the process from operator initiative. It performs routine tasks independently at a consistent speed and level of precision, regardless of daily condition. Even the most comprehensive assembly instructions are followed without being skipped. It makes violating the assembly instructions you create virtually impossible.
